Heh. okay.
What am I doing wrong? Here is what I did:
Compose email to myself
C-<enter> F thai-tis620
C-x <enter> C-\ thai-kesmanee
blabbity blah
C-\
ESC ESC (setq mm-coding-system-priorities '(thai-tis620))
C-cC-c
What I get has Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
