Windows Privacy Tray didn't seem to give me a gnupg.conf.skel or
whatever, so I created a gnupg.conf with your suggested content, and
I'll test it to see if both my PGP and GnuPG colleagues can verify
signatures.

I did a quick search but turned up nothing of interest.
