Strange behaviour of name and email address in from header

[Lars Tobias Borsting]

Hello,

When I set my full name to be "Lars Tobias Borsting" in my .gnus.el
file, I get the header:

      From: Lars Tobias Borsting <larstobi@itea.ntnu.no>

but when I set my full name to be "Lars Tobias Børsting" (with an "ø") I
get the header:

    From: <larstobi@itea.ntnu.no> (Lars Tobias Børsting)

How can I get it to be like this:

    From: "Lars Tobias Børsting" <larstobi@itea.ntnu.no>

?

These are my settings in my .gnus.el file at the moment:

      (setq user-mail-address "larstobi@itea.ntnu.no")
      (setq user-full-name "Lars Tobias Borsting")
