Sorry, I forgot about this. But I have a good excuse: it's not yet
documented in the manual. ;-) I don't use it because leafnode already
rejects those articles for me. And it won't help users of Gnus 5.10
anyway.

IIRC, Gmane just ignores such reports. But not resubmitting is
better, of course.
