No.

And now the group doesn't even show that there are new messages.
I type 'g' and new mail is gotten and split.
I see a message, "Wrote /fs32/a/bigfaceworm/Mail/general-personal/33881.gz"
But, there's no indicator that there is a new, unread message in
the group 'general-personal'

When I enter the group, it shows that the article is unread.

I'm not sure what to do.  I cleaned out the directory - moved 6500 to
an archive directory.  No effect.

So, I've created a new group, and am splitting into that group now.
However, I'd like to find out what I did to mess the group up b/c it'll
happen to me again, I'm sure.
