GNU/FSF Event: [CHANGED] RMS will speak on 2006-12-06 in Guayaquil, Ecuador

This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details,
and thus we are announcing it again.

Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "El Software Libre en
la Etica y la Practica", on Wednesday 6 December 2006 starting at 18:00.
The event will be held at Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil.

This speech will be delivered in Spanish.
