If you use CVSNT server (on linux/windows/solaris/hpux etc) then all
these are defined by default. CVSNT is open source as is CVS. There is
a separate newsgroup for CVSNT, please direct CVSNT questions there.

In CVSNT yes, just use the * wildcard as the last entry in cvswrappers -
I'm not sure if this is implemented in CVS.
