administration scripts

Hi All,

I want to write scripts for loginfo, commitinfo verifylog etc files to

check for empty log  messages.
Check if any branch is created.
Multiple branches are created for a perticular file.
Label is created, removed , moved.
File is added , removed or modified in the CVS repository.

if anyone has already written these scripts and wanna share it would be
of great help.
