Apply a non-branch tag, then check out based on the tag.
- But to apply the tag, I need to checkout (or refer to if using rtag) the
first version from that branch in the first place..?
Why do you want to do this?
- To apply a non branch tag to mark the start of the branch (root) for
merging purposes using Eclipse.
