starting all over again

hellp guyz 

need ur assistance once again.... ok to tell you the truth i wasn't
sucessfull after all of those attempts..

so i roam around the net to seek for more much detailed information
regarding on how to install cvs server (for lan purpose only)

so i've stumbled with http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/CVS-RCS-HOWTO.html
here for me its much more detailed one, so i tried to reconstruct the
cvs......

yup i think is a little bit of success about (50%) because i can't still
login from the network...

is it im missing some steps from the one im reading or somethings really
wrong with my network settings...
