Thanks, I know now why:

because at the end of verifymsg I added a line like this:

DEFAULT /usr/local/src/cvssupport/logmsg.verify

as asked for configuring CVSZilla.

by the way I did launch CVSZilla.

Now i am trying to understand how it works , but there is no help anywhere.

I don't know why the author didn't put his project in www.sourceforge.net , and then people will work together to solve problems.

You have a script specified in $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/verifymsg that applies
to your new directory and that script is rejecting the log message you
specified with -m. All of the above output, save for the line starting
with "cvs", is comming from your script, not from CVS. See:
