In CVS you can't really remove a directory using a cvs
command.
1.cvs rm all the files in the directory and at the
time of checkout,use cvs -p co to prune any empty
directories.
You may set this as a default option in .cvsrc file.

2.If you really do want to remove the directory, just
remove it manually from the repository and do a fresh
checkout.

I don't want the directory to exist in the repoistory.
