Hi...

In my machine, I use cvsweb. At moment I test the connection of repository with a user, but when I run the follow command:

"cvs -d: pserver:address@hidden:/usr/home/cvs/teste login
cvs password: ***** "

 the message appear:

"rec() from server domain.com.br: connection reset by peer".

What's mean? What can I do?

Thanks.

Cristiana R Sousa

It usually means that inetd isn't configured properly, though it can ocassionally mean you have a bad version of the cvs server installed. Please read the "Troubleshooting" section of the CVS manual titled, especially the "Trouble making a connection to a CVS server" section.
