The working directory I've checked out is in Tennessee, and the
repository is in Colorado, that's about as disjoint as you can

Let me recap. I have a repository in Colorodo at


On my machine in Tennesse I do the following..

setenv CVSROOT :ext:address@hidden:/fs/cgd/csm/models/CVS.REPOS
setenv CVS_RSH ssh

cvs checkout cam1
cd cam1
(change something)
cvs commit

and get the above error. Doing "cvs status" or "cvs update"
seems to work fine, only "cvs commit" screws up.
