You will notice in the header of the message that came from the list
that your ISP,, is hosted on by a system that is an
open mail relay. This is part of the SPAM problem.

You can help to stop this SPAM by trying to convince to
close the open relay. I don't know how you would do this, but you
could start with your local system manager.
