sourceforge cvs question

Hello all, 

When I cvs to sourceforge with the following command "cvs -z3
-d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/terraform co modulename"

I can log in, then some messages appear... 
cvs server: Updating project/po
cvs server: Updating project/src

after project/src it stops (there is no possibility to type any commands), does 
anyone
know how it is possible to delete or modify file after typing that command?
