I would like to have a file in which all log messages would be written
down. I only know how to put log messages in a file that is being
modified (with $Log: ...$ in each file) but this only gets updated
when the file changes right?
So I would like to have a file (in the repository or not) that lists
all the log messages (with all the usual info: timestamp, user,
message,.. and perhaps with information about which files were
modified for the commit in question) and gets updated automagically
with each commit.
I'm using a recent cvs version in RedHat 7.0.
many thanks in advance,
- Log messages,
