CVS remembers the CVSROOT that was used to checkout a working directory
(in CVS/Root) and uses it for all subsequent CVS operations in that
directory (unless overridden by a -d global option on the command line).
So, you either need to delete her existing working directory and have
her do a new checkout with the correct CVSROOT, or you need to edit the
existing CVS/Root files.
