Hi Larry, one question: Do you run a mail robot on all mail coming in from 
info_cvs
which parses for keywords and spits out a posting with the appropriate link into
the manual?

If not, you may consider building one to take off some workload for you... :-)

PS: Don't misunderstand, I'm not saying that you are replaceable by a mail 
robot.
    Just that most questions on this list are answerable by one.
