That was true for several months, but they seem to have found
somebody interested, and so there seems to be forward motion.

The big problem I had was that the apathy hit while they were
working on a complete rewrite of Gnats.  I had installed 3.113
because of Y2K issues, but this broke some things people wanted
(like the Emacs interface) and I was hoping to upgrade to 4.0
sometime soon.  4.0 is still not ready enough for me to recommend
for the company (actually, I'm waiting for 4.1), so we're still
using what I had intended as a temporary solution.
