[igraph] Do some calculations ignoring some edges

Hey guys, 

I am trying to do some analysis on a network and calculate the impacts of edges. First I consier the whole graph in the calculation, then I stud the impact of some edges. 

I tried deleting the edge, but the output will not be consistent (length of the output and the order) 

Would you please help me with that.
