[igraph] igraph compilation in RedHat Enterprise Linux

Dear igraph developer and user,

 

we want to install igraph library in our analytic server working under RedHat Enterprise Linux. Our server has two environments (principally having exact the same configuration): testing and production. Due to various reasons we cannot compile igraph C library in the production environment where we want to use it. We can only compile it in the testing environment. What we want to do is to compile igraph from sources in testing environment and then move binaries to the production environment.

 

Does anybody of you know if this is possible, or even better, has any experience with such installation? We’ll be very grateful for any help/tips/suggestions.
