[igraph] Finding reciprocal node pairs in medium/large graphs

I have a directed graph with over 6,000 nodes and more than 20K links.

How can I get a list (or vector, or df) containing all of the
reciprocal node pairs?

So, for example, when links are reciprocal I'd like to give them a
higher line weight, and de-emphasize links that only point in one
direction. (or I may want to alter the color or line type, etc.)
