[igraph] Network Centralization Measure

Hi,

In UCINET there are some measures related to the network centralization.

After calculating each vertex measures – (a) centralization degree, (b) betweenness, (c) closeness – the software reports the network centralization (in percentage - %) to each one of this measures.

Is there any command or math formula to do this through “igraph”?
