After doing a quick Google search, I found an ANTLR parser for the
Graphviz format - this is not bison, but maybe close to it :)

According to the following mail, the dot grammar is also described in
the dot User Manual:

I'll try to come up with a preliminary parser sooner or later, maybe
around igraph 0.5, but you shouldn't take it for granted.
