[Hurdextras-commit] GNU Hurd User's Guide

Hi, all,

Attached is a copy of the new GNU Hurd User's Guide, with Matt's and my 
changes. It's substantially different from using_the_hurd.texi in the 
documentation module, as all the "Reference Manual" material has been 
removed.

If no one objects, I plan to do a cvs add and a cvs commit to the new 
using_gnuhurd.texi, and relace using_the_hurd.texi with an updated 
Reference Manual once we've done some more work on it.
