[VCDImager] ff/rew scan on Sampo

I created a SVCD from VCDImager and is having problem
ff or rew scan on my Sampo player.

Is the scandata.dat file generated automatically as
part of the VCDImager process or I have to create this
file manually to be included in the image?  Thanks.
