or somekind of "@else" command ?

No, there's no @else. That wouldn't help you with man page generation,
but it would be a useful feature. One day, perhaps ...

but what if want to generate
for example man pages? Is there a "@ifman @end ifman"

As Bob said, there is no direct support for generating man pages from
Texinfo documents.

The gcc people have carefully written portions of their manual so that
they can generate their man pages from it. They do this by
interpolating comments. There's a thread about this at
http://www.mail-archive.com/address@hidden/msg01523.html
See the Texinfo files in the gcc distribution for an example.
Perhaps something like this will make it into Texinfo one day.

Another method is to generate your man pages from the --help text.
(This is what I do for the Texinfo distribution itself.)
See http://www.gnu.org/software/help2man/

Hope this helps,
karl
