This patch introduces new shell variable TARTEST_SKIP_LARGE_FILES, which
you can use to control whether to run tests requiring excessive disk space.
By default, these tests are enabled. Setting TARTEST_SKIP_LARGE_FILES=1
instructs testsuite to skip them.
