I want to stow both Binutils-2.14 and GCC-3.3
into `/usr/local'. I installed Binutils and GCC into
`/usr/local/stow'. Firstly I stowed Binutils.
Then I tried to stow GCC.
But when I did, the following message was displayed:
``stow: CONFLICT: /usr/local/stow/gcc-3.3/lib/
libiberty.a vs. /usr/local/lib/libiberty.a.''
Is there any solutions for this? Although I read
stow/info/stow.info three times, I couldn't find
a solution.
The operating system of my machine is Red Hat Linux 9
with kernel 2.4.20-8. And the version of Stow is
1.3.3. Would anyone give me some advice?
