Packages looking for octave/config.h

Hi all,

MarcusCalhoun-Lopez has put up a PR for octave 4.4.0 under MacPorts (with GUI and revision bumps of dependent packages) [1]. He has had to work around several packages that still look for octave/config.h, which has been removed in version 4.4.0.

These packages are:

audio 1.1.4

communications 1.2.1

linear-algebra 2.2.2
