Hello,
About your first method, according to Octave's documentation
<https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/doc/v4.0.1/External-Packages.html> ,
you will need cURL <https://curl.haxx.se/> to "/provide the urlread and
urlwrite functions and the ftp class/". But I didn't use it in Windows,
since I didn't look into how to install it.
