use alternate display

I wonder whether it is possible to have octave use multiple displays. I
usually work with an emacs server that is running one long, persistent
octave session. That session is accessible both from home and my office,
except the graphics window. Is it possible to tell octave to use a specific
display when I'm home or at my office?
