the problem is that i used

regarding saving the graph i think the only way is to rotate the figure to get the desired view point and then save the 2d image as .eps file and then how to open these .eps files?

Strange! 
I can rotate the graph object by mouse or arrow keys (up, down, left, right) with gnuplot graphics_tool kit.
However, in fact, the speed of gnuplot for rotation is much slower than that of fltk.

What kind of PC you used? As far as I remember, you use PC working on win xp. Right?
If so, the pc power is too weak to rotate 3d object on gnuplot graphics toolkit.

It is basically impossible to do that.
