I have been able to find installers for other releases but not the latest. I suspect I am just overlooking it, but if you could send me a link to a windows installer for Octave 3.8.1, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I don't believe there is an official release for an installer for 3.8 for Windows yet. I have been successful in using the files found here: http://wiki.octave.org/Octave_for_Windows#Octave_3.8_MXE_Builds
To get 3.8 to run on my Windows 7 machine.
