Redis for Octave

I've written a client for redis using instrument-control package

When i started, I try to keep it syntax-compatible https://github.com/dantswain/redis-matlab but i guess i'll drop that with time  :D

it's not finished yet and need more optimization, but maybe it's helpful for someone else.
