There is an experimental Octave-3.4.2-MinGW binary here: http://www.tatsuromatsuoka.com/octave/Eng/Win/ Be prepared that it is experimental; Tatsuro uploaded it for others to test and would like to hear (in this ML I assume) what bugs and problems you encounter (if any).
