Installing packages on Mac OS isn't working

Installing packages on Mac OS isn't working |

Hej,
I trying to run Octave on my MacBook, but for some reason I can't install
additional packages.
I get the following error message:
octave-3.4.0:35> pkg install struct-1.0.9.tar.gz
