I think that is your problem, you need to switch the netcdf packgaes to the
same provider the libnc-dap package is from
go into yast -> software and search for netcdf
click on the version tab at the bottom and check for all the netcdf packages
that you use the 4.1.1-16.5 version. (the provider has
obs://build.opensuse.org and ocefpaf in the repository name)
rebuild the package and check again.
