Yes.
Sorry, I've been meaning to update the manual on the web for a long
time now, but clearly it hasn't happened. If you or someone else can
do it, that would be great. I'm not sure how the HTML was generated
for the version that is there now, but it would be nice to keep it so
that the style of the pages is the same. It looks like the octave.css
file used by other pages on the site was included directly in the
.html files. It might be better to use the --css-ref option now.
Maybe that wasn't available previously?
