List of config functions?

Hi again,

Following up on my question about ignoring system commands... is there a place
in the docs that has a list of all the functions like "silent_functions()" etc
that set config parameters?

Or is there a single place in the source that I could look at?

Or some other coherent system that I am not aware of?

(It would be awesome if they were all prefixed by octave_ or some such so you
could tab complete and find them all.)
