Hi,
I've been using octave with OS X 10.6 since it (10.6) was released. The only
problem I've had was resolved using the modifications to mkoctfile suggested
in:
http://www.supermegaultragroovy.com/blog/2009/09/17/installing-octave-packages-in-snow-leopard/
I guess this is a hack, but it works for me.
