It seems you're using an old version of jhandles. The version packaged
with octave-3.0.0 is 0.3.1, but the error repot mention jhandles-0.2.0.
By accident, did you have a previous version of octave installed? If
yes, then uninstall octave, remove the old installation directory and re-install
octave.
