I'm trying to compile GNU Octave 2.9.14 on a freeBSD system (PC-BSD 1.4) and it crashes when I start the compilation. The ./configure order works fine but when I start make appears the errors: make -f octMakefile all "./Makeconf", line 13: Need an operator
Anyone have compiled GNU Octave withot errors in a freeBSDed machine.
Hi, On FreeBSD, gmake is the name for GNU make. Try 'gmake' instead. Fang
