error: feval: the symbol `java_exit' is not valid as a function

Today I am trying to construct octave-forge pacakges.

Sometimes the pkg install has finished with

error: feval: the symbol `java_exit' is not valid as a
function  

For example
pkg install -local extra/macosx-1.0.2.tar.gz
error: feval: the symbol `java_exit' is not valid as a
function
  :
  :

pkg install -local main/miscellaneous-1.0.2.tar.gz
error: feval: the symbol `java_exit' is not valid as a
function
  :
  :

pkg install -local main/optiminterp-0.2.3.tar.gz
error: feval: the symbol `java_exit' is not valid as a
function
  :
  :

However installation seem to be successful.

What's the possibility ?
