Thank you your advice. I have been not awared of it.
My cygwin octave 2.9.13 binary was linked with metis.
So I stopped the distribution temporalily.

Explanation of CHOLMOD **********************
CHOLMOD sparse Cholesky factorization.
Requires AMD, COLAMD, CCOLAMD,
the BLAS, and LAPACK. Optionally uses METIS.

Can I build Cholmod without metis ?

Octave configure requests to link with metis for Cholmod
building.
So I thought that linking with metis had no problem.

It will be grateful for me if the information of
redistribution limitaion of linking with metis will be
documented in the octave source distribution.
