Release of Octave 2.9.13 and octave-forge 2007-07-26 MSVC Window Binary

Dear All,

Last night I uploaded to octave-forge Michael's MSVC Windows installer.
This is based on the latest Octave 2.9.13 and octave-forge 2007-07-26
releases. The release notes were

This release contains Octave 2.9.13 and many of the packages from
octave-forge 2007-07-26.
Some of the missing packages are available in this installer and will be
downloaded as needed.
The others are which are not included (vrml, zenity, optiminterp) can
not be built under windows
for some reason. This build was created with MSVC and has both generic
versions of lapack and SSE2
optimized ATLAS libraries available and automatically selected at the
time of installation.
</quote>
