I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but Octave Spice may do what you are looking for.  You save the spice results in a rawfile and then can access them in Octave.  Look for it at http://ngspice.sourceforge.net/octavespice.html.  Hope it helps.

ps:by "spice" i mean the "berkeley spice" simulator a free tool.
