Re: mkoctfile-2.9.9

Thanks!  I uninstalled blas, then installed octave-forge and octave-devel.
Everything seems ok now.  The examples oregonator.cc and hello.cc have
changed a bit, but their newer versions in the ...-2.9.9... directory work
fine.
