Marius, Matthias,

On my OS X 10.3.9, libcc_dynamic was already installed in /usr/lib, in
addition to the earlier versions in subdirectories. Check first in /usr/lib
for libcc_dynamic.a, then, if necessary, use the version that Marius
describes.
